Structure for paper submission

  • Title
  • Authors and authors affiliations, including postal and e-mail addresses.
  • 3 to 5 keywords
  • Abstract (500-1000 words)
  • Full text in English limited to a maximum of 12 A4 pages

Any paper that has been or will be presented or published elsewhere is not accepted.

A Latex2e template is provided (paper_Ibergrid2013.tex) as well as a modified version of the Lecture Notes in Computer Science style (llncs_Ibergrid2013.cls) where the page numbering has been removed.

As in previous years, paper submissions will be handled through EasyChair. Follow this link to the conference page in EasyChair in order to submit your contribution. If you do not have an EasyChair account you will need to create it by signing-up.

Student authors wishing to participate in the best paper award competition must declare that they are candidates when submitting their papers to EasyChair and will be asked to provide information that ensures they are currently a graduate, master or doctoral student.

In order to encourage authors to write their contributions, besides the usual conference proceedings publication, this year a selection of the best contributions will be published in the Journal "Computers and Informatics". It is important to respect the deadlines as the peer-review process will take longer than in previous years due to the editorial constraints in the Journal.
